BrikMentor: Email automation for WooCommerce, built on BrikPanel
Email automation for WooCommerce, built on BrikPanel

Stop Leaving Money on the Table

BrikMentor sends the emails your store should already be sending: cart recovery, winbacks, post-purchase follow-ups. Then it shows exactly how much money came back, counted order by order.

First month $1, then $15/month. Cancel anytime.

Requires the free BrikPanel plugin. If you already run BrikPanel, setup is a toggle.

From the maker of BrikPanel: 700+ active stores, thirty reviews, every one five stars, and the #1 WordPress.org result for abandoned cart recovery.

Four flows. Zero flow-building.

Most email tools hand you a blank canvas. BrikMentor ships with the flows that actually make money, pre-built and pre-timed. Toggle them on and they run.

Cart abandonment

On by default. It’s the one that pays for everything else.

A 3-email series that brings shoppers back: a nudge after 1 hour, a reminder after 24, and (if you choose) a coupon after 72. Recovered carts cancel the rest of the series.

Winback

This is where your BrikPanel data starts working for you.

BrikMentor uses BrikPanel’s RFM segments to spot customers quietly slipping away and sends a reminder, then a coupon follow-up. At most one contact per customer every 60 days.

Post-purchase

Recommendations from real data, not “related products.”

A thank-you email a few days after each order, with recommendations drawn from what customers actually bought together in your store.

Popup coupon delivery

Upgrades the BrikPanel email popup.

The popup code arrives by email with a one-click apply link. Fake addresses stop getting your coupons, and that first opened email teaches Gmail your messages belong in the inbox.

Have something to say? The AI campaign composer drafts it from your store’s own products, tone and language. You review it, it goes out in rate-limited batches, and AI never touches the HTML.

What happens after you activate

Activation is one toggle. Here is the first month, from the first email that leaves to the day you decide.

Minute one: you flip one toggle

BrikMentor · Flows
Email 1 after 1 hour, email 2 after 24, coupon after 72. Cancels itself the moment the cart is recovered.
A reminder to customers quietly slipping away, then a coupon follow-up. At most once per 60 days.
A thank-you with recommendations, a few days after each completed order.
The popup code arrives by email with a one-click apply link.

Nothing to import, no tracking script. Cart abandonment is on from the start; the rest are one click each. Go ahead, try the toggles.

Hour one: the first email leaves

The first shopper who walks away gets a quiet nudge an hour later, in your template, from your domain. Every email has a live preview.

Day three: the counter starts moving

Recovered orders show up with their order number beside them. Open them in WooCommerce and check. Refunds pull the number back down.

Day thirty: you decide

One number against $15. Keep it or cancel in a click; every contact and order stays in your WordPress database.

Sent from your domain, on Amazon SES

The best cart reminder ever written is worth nothing in a spam folder. Sending isn’t a bolt-on here. It’s half the product.

We do the sending

No SMTP host, no API keys, no ESP account.

Mail leaves through our own managed infrastructure on Amazon SES, in the EU (Stockholm) region. No second bill, nothing extra to renew, and no wrestling with your host’s wp_mail() limits.

It goes out as you

Five DNS records, once. Nothing to maintain after that.

Every message is signed with 2048-bit DKIM on your domain, and bounces return through your own subdomain, so SPF and DMARC both line up. Gmail sees your store sending its own mail.

No shared domain, on purpose

We measured that model against real inboxes. It did not hold up.

There is no “just use our domain” shortcut to fall back on. Without a verified domain BrikMentor refuses to send at all. It is the one setup step we won’t let you skip.

Your reputation stays yours

Bounces and complaints are counted per store.

A store that crosses safe thresholds is paused automatically, so a careless neighbor can never drag your domain down. Suppression is checked before every single send.

Every email carries a visible unsubscribe link and the one-click List-Unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058) that Gmail and Yahoo now require. Consent and unsubscribes are handled for you, not left as homework.

A revenue counter you can audit

The headline only counts orders where the customer clicked an email and then bought. Nothing else gets in.

Open any order behind the number and check it in WooCommerce. A counter you can’t audit is just decoration.

Your BrikPanel data, finally put to work

BrikPanel has been collecting the raw material all along. BrikMentor reads it straight from your database and turns it into email. Install, activate, done.

Advertised monthly prices, July 2026. The two plugins below us bill yearly and need your own SMTP or ESP account, which makes deliverability your job, not theirs. None of these read your BrikPanel data.
One honest note: if your store sees fewer than a couple dozen abandoned carts a month, the counter will probably show less than it costs. Keep using BrikPanel free; we’ll be here when the carts pile up.

Questions, answered plainly

Do I need BrikPanel?
Yes. BrikMentor runs on BrikPanel’s data (abandoned carts, RFM segments, order analytics). BrikPanel is free on WordPress.org, takes a minute to install, and is genuinely useful on its own: 700+ stores run it and every one of its 30 reviews is five stars.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
It’s built for it. Cart recovery and post-purchase emails go to people with an existing customer relationship (soft opt-in). Winback and campaigns only go to contacts with explicit marketing consent by default. You can loosen that, but you make that call, per your local rules, and the setting says so in plain words. Every contact record stores where and when consent was given. Personal data never ends up in log files.
Will my emails actually reach the inbox?
Sending runs through our managed infrastructure on Amazon SES (EU region, Stockholm), so you never set up SMTP, API keys or an ESP account. Every store sends from its own domain: you publish five DNS records once, and from then on your mail is signed with 2048-bit DKIM as your store, with SPF and DMARC aligned and bounces returning through your own subdomain. There is deliberately no shared “sender” domain to fall back on, because a From address your customers don’t recognize is exactly what gets filtered, and without a verified domain BrikMentor refuses to send at all. Bounces and complaints are tracked per store, and if a store’s rates cross safe thresholds, sending pauses automatically before any real damage is done. One store’s bad list can’t burn the neighborhood down. On top of that, the popup-coupon flow gives new subscribers an immediate reason to open and click, which is the strongest inbox-placement signal there is.
How does unsubscribing work?
Every email carries a visible unsubscribe link and the one-click List-Unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058) that Gmail and Yahoo require. The link leads to a confirmation page, so an overzealous corporate link-scanner can’t unsubscribe someone by accident, but a human is out in two clicks, and one click from inside Gmail itself. The suppression list is checked before every single send, no exceptions.
Where does my data live?
The engine (triggers, flows, templates, the revenue counter) runs inside your WordPress. Only what’s needed to deliver an email leaves your server. Cancel anytime; everything stays in your database.
Does it work with variable products / HPOS?
Yes and yes. Recommendations and cart contents handle variations properly, and all order queries are HPOS-compatible, the same standard as BrikPanel.
Can I see what an email looks like before anything is sent?
Every flow has a live preview button per email, and every message BrikMentor prepares is stored in a log you can open and read. You will never wonder what your customers are receiving.
